Shipping Policy

Processing Time
- Order Processing: Processing times vary depending on the items ordered. Please check the product page for specific processing times. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and the shipping method chosen.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
- Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email .

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
- Our store ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing time.

Damages and Lost Packages
- Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at: info@pebbleandpoppy.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution.
- Lost Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at: info@pebbleandpoppy.com. We will investigate and provide assistance, but please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
- Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at: info@pebbleandpoppy.com

2. Review: Our team will review your claim and, if approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer service team at: info@pebbleandpoppy.com with your order number and details about the incorrect product. We will review your claim and provide instructions for rectifying the issue.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
- Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item and prefer a refund over a replacement, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment once the incorrect item is returned to us, if required.

Process for Refunds
1. Approval: Once your claim is approved, we will notify you via email.
2. Processing: Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs
- Damaged or Defective Items: We will cover the shipping costs for returning the damaged or defective item and for sending a replacement, if applicable.
- Incorrect Items: We will cover the shipping costs for returning the incorrect item and for sending the correct item.
